Please Recommend eCommerce System

...for a java/Struts application

I'm working on a Java/Struts application that has a store component to it. It would be nice to be able to manage the product catalog from a backoffice web app, and have product catalog, shopping cart, and credit card processing on the user end.

Is there an off-the-shelf Java-based solution that anyone can recommend? Or, should I be looking to build this from scratch? Or, is there a 3rd part solution that could seemlessly plug in that's a better solution? Note - branding is an important consideration on this application (e.g. URL consistancy, confirmation emails, etc).

Similar to the above, are there any good Java-based content management system (CMS) products anyone can recommend?

Note - Java products range insanely in price. I'm talking about something closer to the open-source side of price than the $1 million Enterprise level of price. :)
