We are selling subscriptions, It is a distress to our business when many dishonest people pay for subscription and use the service only to file a frivolous credit card dispute in an attempt to keep using the services without paying for it.

Does anyone has any idea, on how we can win disputes for this kind of fraud?

Any tips on how can we develop a strong evidence to provide to our payment processor? Considering that we are selling service (subscriptions).

Thanks

The best way is to ask your payment processor, they'll know best what evidence they want.

(I don't consider any type of fraud "friendly.")

Do you have logs showing the customers' usage of the service? Proof of their continuing to use the service after they have filed a dispute may give you some leverage to fight it.

Paypal basically favor the chargeback filed by dishonest buyers. Guess we need to improve our evidences, we provided to them.
