Anyone else having problems refunding on authorize.net's virtual terminal since the outage? I spoke to them the other day, and they said they would get back to me about it but didn't. My processor said they are getting nothing but a series of zeroes for the card number from authorize.net when a refund request is put through. I talked to authorize.net again today and they said it was a known issue and had no idea when it would be fixed. I tried various browsers; same problem with them all. Anyone else?
