Which Shopping Cart allows multiple vendors and digital downloads

I have a whole list of featuers I'm looking for, but 2 features i'm having a hard time finding together are the ability to have multiple sellers/vendors, and have the system allow digital downloads (like mp3s, pdfs, etc.)

I believe X-Cart will allow this though it may be a combination of higher price version and an add-on or two.
