batch uploads to authorize.net failing

Is it just us, or are others having trouble uploading batch transactions (e.g. csv files) to authorize.net? Every transaction in every file we upload fails.

It's probably not just you. Authorize.net has been the subject of some vigorous discussion today:

yeah, we've been watching all that... but they claim they are back up now.
