It's not possible to open a transaction in a new tab or new window because they put this useless button which will not open as a link. That way the time spent to pay one invoice has increased by 200%.
Are they trying to get rid of merchants or they just don't know better... I hope this change won't stay and it was just a bad day for their designers...

yeah... paypal changed their layout. we just have to get familiarized with their new features added, but so far, its quite good also..

Sorry, I don't use PayPal so I'm not familiar with their problems.
