Our online daily adwords budget didn't fluctuate much all week... Why is there no consistency? The phones are either ringing off the hook or are dead! Anyone else have this problem?
This is all going out the window this year.Our customer base has migrated radically with the financial crisis, and where the vast majority of sales were to USA and Aussie customers, this year it is all-Euro.This seems also to have impacted on the previous years' weekend droughts...
In previous years, when we had the Monday-Thursday peaks after the weekend droughts, (and remember we don't close) we would pout it down to folks using computers/internet at work! (one reason to not put soundtracks or voice-overs on websites...)
In 2009 it still ebbs and flows, but even less predictably on a day-to-day basis, but the overall sales are just about the same for this time of year, maybe somewhat better as the Europeans stay in Europe, and tend to take longer holidays in the one destination, while visitors from abroad would often want to cover alot more ground.
