Bulk Email Programs for sending Newsletters

I'm looking for a good and inexpensive way to send out a newsletter to tens of thousands of subscribers every other month. I don't need any frills; I design the newsleters myself. I just need a mechanism for delvierying them to the masses. I am not concerened with link tracking info as my newsletters are more for branding than immediate selling.

two clients of mine use a german standalone-app called supermailer. it pretty much get's the job done and has some neat features, plus, it's inexpensive. haven't worked with it myself, but you may want to look at it.
