Hope some one could guide me here.

I am using 2co service. Off late they are becoming a torture. They want me to replace "payment" with "Purchase" and "Credit card" with their name all along my site.

Their interest rate also is high. I already have a premier account with paypal, will it be helpfull to use their credit card payment.

I have come to a milestone to tell 2CO "enough is enough". All their services put you into too much stress that they won't even take a minute to respond to my emails.

Can someone tell me more about merchantboss. What percentage do they charge.

Merchant Boss looks interesting, but there are a few things that worry me.

1-They swiped a picture of Agent Smith from the Matrix - Can't be too professional.

2-They spell "excellant" instead of "excellent."

3-There is some bad antialiasing in the lettering they pasted over some of their pictures.

4-They have no demos.

5-They don't list their fees and rates.

If you want to use PayPal to process your credit card payments, you should probably upgrade to a Business account. The fees are the same as for a Premier account, and it makes it appear more professional to your customers when they see a business name instead of an email address on their checkout and credit card statement.

You should also inform your customers that you will be sending them to PayPal before they click through. That way you can prepare them for the PayPal checkout process and you can let them know that an account is not required to complete their payment (unless you are using PayPal Subscriptions, which requires the customer to have an account).
