Hi guys,

what is "Funnal visualization" on your websites?
What percent of people go to the next step in payment?

In my case (online software sales):

Add to cart >8%> Checkout >60%> Confirm checkout >92%> Thank you!

Are the losses from Add to cart to Checkout so bad only in my case?
Or you have similar statistics?

Thanks in advance!

Don't know how relevant this would be as we sell personalized widgets and our checkout funnel in analytics is setup different to match our cart flow.

Our conversion rate (completed transactions) if they place something in the cart runs between 21-24% each month. And that's with people checking S&H pricing in the cart (software wouldn't have that hurdle).

If I'm reading what you posted correctly, you're conversion rate from "add to cart" to a completed sale is only 4.42%. That seems rather low.

T_Miller, thank you very much for the feedback!

Looking at it. One reason could be that some people get to shopping cart with product from Google searches. That worsens statistics - because there were not going to buy yet.
