A couple of months ago we decided to switch over to Authorize since the payflow pro has so many technical problems and the instability of their system. We still had a couple of months left on our contract with them however we went ahead and set our account on a month to month basis until we had time to change our codebase for the new processor.
We spoke to them on the phone as well as set it up in their payment manager, we even have a confirmation email of the change. Our contract was set to expire on the 11th, but we were not concerned since we had already set up the month to month account. Due to a failure in their staff and system they decided to turn off our account at 7pm yesterday and leave the building so no one could be contacted until today.
Freaking brilliant! No call, no email... nothing. Just one more straw on a broken camels back. Unbelievable!
We have used payflow pro for 5 years now and I would not recommend them to anyone.
