Paypal new layout on payment form

It seems Paypal is testing new layout where the credit card form is open and visible by default.

That would be GREAT if it was to stay this way, maybe I would even dump my merchant provider then :).

Paypal has also got the new Virtual Terminal not requiring an address or CVS . And their new packing slip and receipt printout is a real step backwards.
