Has anyone with an on-line merchant account with Bank of America, gone through the conversion to using Cybersource as BOA's new gateway? I have attempted to implement Cybersource's "hosted order page" but I can't make it work. They give three options to use (php, asp and perl). I tried all three, but the page with my "buy now" button containing the script call is not communicating with the security script file they gave me, even though it's in the same folder. Spent an hour on the phone with Cybersource tech support yesterday, but the guy wasn't knowledgeable enough about the problem to provide any help. He only confirmed that "it should be working" after viewing the page source on my order page and telling me I had it coded right. I am an "accidental webmaster" and only know html, so these other applications are just too over my head to know what I might be doing wrong. Anyone have any advice?
