We publish books and we sell them.
We are looking for a software that will do our complete accounting, is intergrated with the inventory in our warehouse, has an e-commerce site and will handle the shipping department (not just shipping costs, but labeling etc)
I have found NolaPro and it does most of it... the part that is laccking (I think) is the shipping... it will give shipping options and charge the customer but I don't think it will handle the printing of shipping lables etc... that the shipping dept does.
We also want it to be web based on apache/php/mysql
We are not looking for a Free option (although that would be nice) We are willing to pay realy money for this solution.
Does anyone know of a software that does all this?

It appears to have all of the features you require.
As for labeling, they can directly print DHL labels from inside the application, and directly support import / export to and from UPS WorldShip, Endicia Dazzle (USPS), and FedEx.
