Amazon blocked my selling account!

My brother used to sell books on amazon marketplace and later his account was blocked, because he didn't reply buyer's email due to his 2 months vacation.

And then I began to sell on amazon marketplace, but after one week my selling accout was blocked, amazon said my account was related with my brother's one.

I think it's unfair. I don't want to share my brother's mistake. Lots of products are in my stock now, and I don't know how to sell them out...

I don't think it's unfair for them to protect their customers rights. You can't go on vacation for 2 months and leave the buyers waiting until you return. Seems they said that in addition to being a brother, the account was related.

Same account? Same Address (real)? In which case they did right. Find another market and don't take vacations.

don't take vacations- a touch harsh me thinks, why on earth dont you share teh work when he's away ?

My apologies... needed a smilie after "don't take vacations"; however, OP seemed to indicate two accounts (one for his brother and, later, his) and got tramped because of his brother's failure. My initial advice remains the same: Find another market.

Amazon RARELY reverses their decisions.
