I require a custom payment gateway that will allow me to do the following:
Take someones credit/debit card details and use them to pay an agreed amount to someone else but also deposit a small amount to my account for the service provided. The Small amount will usually be under £1 for the service.
Does anyone have any idea of how best to achieve this and the security implications?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Generally a payment gateway sends a deposit to one checking account associated with your business. Changing this checking account is a process that can take up to a day.
To be able to dynamically deposit amounts from new users at any given time is a highly unlikely product.
What I think you're looking to do requires the funding to be able to back deposits with your company's "credits."
