Anyone else using Nochex receive an email today with a doc attached with new terms which you need to sign and return before you can withdraw again?

Looks like the same terms. They have hightlights a few bits in it:

There is a charge for receiving Emoney into your NOCHEX NMS account. This charge will be £x.xx + x.xx%.

11.2.1 Unregistered card holders may make payments to you of up to £#*$!.xx per transaction; and £#*$!.xx a day.
11.2.2 Unregistered card holders may make cumulative payments to you of up to £#*$!x.

And one last paragraph about the amount of money I need to keep in the account which also hasn't changed.

I've been using them for about 5 years so I'm guessing they thought they better send me the terms seeing as it's been a while :-)

Just not sure why I can't withdraw unless there is some new law and I must sign the updated terms?

I have no idea about that but I have only been with them for around 6 months.

How do you find them otherwise?

I also offer paypal although I find more people use the nochex payment option.

On the other hand it is rather well blended in to look like a part of our main site.
