we have set up a shop selling entrance tickets. these are generated in html format and sent as an attachment to the customer with his confirmation email.
from a hotmail account, it is impossible to download or view these attachments. i click on Download File, and it asks whether i want to Open or Save; either option results in a the following error message:
"Internet Explorer cannot download .....long_url....
"The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found."
does anyone know why this happens and is there a way around it?

it now works fine - i don't know what caused the error. thanks anyway
i know have the same error in lycos.co.uk .. grrrrr
i am not even able to see an attached jpg - always gives me error reading attachment (have also tested with other users - same thing)
i have written to lycos but don't expect much in the way of reply
anyone experienced the same?
