I am looking to cut the cost of my current cart solution, they continue to raise monthly fees, currently paying almost 100 a month.

Features I need:

Support for less than 30 products
process cards
Process Paypal
EZ HTML cart links
Coupon code support
print shipping labels
history/stats
Email to customer list

This is standard stuff, I have limited products, should I be looking at a fee based solution? Or should I just buy the software and install it, what experience have you guys had with both? Have you experienced cart vendors raising fees? I currently use "Ultracart" for the past 6 years, I am happy with it, except the 1200 a year cost I think I could be putting that cash into my pocket!

Thanks for your thoughts?

Take a look at eCommerce Templates (ECT). One time fee under $200. After initial 6 months, it's only $29 for six months of updates/support. Incredible tech support.

I've been very pleased with them since moving to their cart about 5 years ago.
