I am new to online payments (outside of Pay Pal) and my merchant account folks are offering eprocessing network as an alternative to authorize.net.
Has anyone here had any experience with them? Good, bad, indifferent?
Right now, I am just offering Visa/MC as a convenience to my clients - later I might be doing some heavier ecommerce.

They should be fine. Currently, most MAPs are offering specials at 1.99% - so you might look into that as well. Also - a lot of gateways are not charging for transaction fees either. Check to see what the transaction fee are for that gateway
