I want to do email marketing to sell my products on my ecommerce website. I want to know the best softwares/websites which provide this kind of services at very affordable prices. So as the emails tracking is done completely. Un-limited emails/newsletter etc. can be sent.

Please provide me a list of companies or softwares providing this kind of services at very good rates and good-stable service too.

I haven't personally tried it but a colleague told me about openEMM a few days ago and seemed quite happy.
