Does anyone have multiple company names but a single payment processor? Are you able to get the correct company name to show up on your customer's bank statement depending on where they placed their order?

You will need unique merchants accounts to do that.

You can use third-party like Google Checkout, 2Checkout, or Paypal Virtual Terminal. The alternative to a unique merchant account would be a co-branded line item on their statement. For example, 2Checkout would show "2CO - Your Widget Company"

Thanks guys. Can I get unique merchant accounts from the same bank, or would I need to open accounts with a bunch of different banks to do this?

Each account would have to be opened and verified under that company name. Merchant sservice providers especially internet accounts will be very wary of this type of activity unless you let the merchant services know what your doing upfront.
If they discover this on a check it will look really bad as this type of activity lends to illegial activity.
