Hey CSON,

You can amble over to the Skype website, if you are just looking for a service where people can call you direct from the website.

They provide the code for you and you copy and paste it into your site.

Hope this is what you were looking for.

GrandCentral has click to call. It is flash based. Works very well. Who doesn't love a toll-free phone call?

TokBox is pretty interesting free solution that does audio and/or video via flash in a browser - nothing for most people to install, since Flash has heavy market penetration now.
