What to choose?

Looking for an open source payment system. I heard DalPay is very easy to use and change. Or would you recommend the best one.

I'm with the Viking - at the end of the system, you'll need something that talks to a clearing house to be able to get the money from their credit card into your account.

You could have a system that delivers you the whole credit card number and details, but then you would still need to enter this into a terminal to get the money transferred and the terms of all card systems do not allow you to keep the three digit security number... so you will at the very least need to work with the merchant services provider's API.

But... up until that point... you can use all sorts of open source shopping carts. OSCommerce is a big freebie one. Never tried it myself though.
