Google Payments - can we reverse a bad rating?

I have good overall feedback, but occasionally a customer leaves us a great written comment for feedback, but rates 1 out of 5 stars. I contacted the first customer to ask why we had a possitive comment but ranked us low in stars and he said he didn't mean to and that he gave us a good rating, and that we were a good company to do business with. I am afraid to even contact the second person that did 1 out of 5 stars while leaving an excellent comment.

Does anyone else have a similar situation? What did you do? accept the bruise from a happy customer? Or does google ever pull a mistake?

I would not worry about it, keep on selling products and get some more stars and it will wash it out. Sometimes you have to accept that you can not make everyone 100% happy.

Even with two 1-star ratings we still have a 4.6 out of 5. My problem is the two customers left a message about being excellent and gave 1 star on accident.
