Query regarding paypal

PayPal fees for Personal and Business accounts

Hi !

I wanted to know why the payments that we receive from a merchant (say, chitika or reviewme) via paypal reaches to us as the exact amount sent when around 3% is deducted when a friend sends me money via PP.

what should be done so that the party receiving payments is not required to bear any pp fees ? (Like all the affiliate payments are made out there)

It's a PayPal program call Mass Pay.

Thank you soo much T_Miller.. I was unaware of the feature and that it was a perk for anyone with a Premier / Business account.
