Hello,

we run a travel related website and handle our customers' requests via email.

For some days now, we cant receive any request from our customers in the appropriate email address- using any other address, it works just fine though.

What is the problem? Can it be that our particular email address got considered as spam and is blocked?
How can I found out if this is the case?

Many thanks to all of you!

sorry I just want to make sure

the emails that your customers are trying to send aren't getting delivered to you?

if that is the case, are they just typing in the email address?
Is it a script that submits them?
Have you checked with the person/company that administers your mail server to see if everything is working?

Have you tried sending messages to that account yourself?

Hello again,

finally,we figured out that the problem was caused by our SMTP provider because he was added in a spamlist.

Now we changed the SMTP provider and everything seems to be working fine.

Thank you for your interest!
