How can I credit multiple pay pal accounts/ mail out checks

I hope this is the right forum to post this.

I am launching a business toward the end of the year that will require me to send out many (possibly thousands) checks and credit PayPal accounts every quarter.

Does anyone have a suggestion on a service that can manage this?

Scott: for the checks, I do not know, but paypal supports CSV files for mass payments. We pay our affiliates every week with that (1000+ lines) and it is very easy!
