My initial take on MonsterCommerce years ago was that it is neither. Network Solution's acquisition of the company will do little to change this.

Does anyone want to screw around with another mega corporation about something so critical that may require a lot of hand holding to set up and quick answers when the inevitable glitches arise?
When my cart goes down, I NEED to be able to TALK with customer service immediately. Life's too short for the likes of Network Solutions!
