Hi all,

My name is Daniel and I am having a problem with the UPS integration for a website built for a client. We are suppose to ship from the UK using the UPS API system rings all over the world if we get an order through our website. The problem we are facing is that we can not enter post codes longer than 5 digits because the UPS API generates and error like The length should not exceed than 5.”
Is the UPS API not working for Europe,is there a way to make it work?

If anyone knows a solution please help. :-)

Thank you in advance,

Daniel

Welcome aboard nany8220!

Mmmm . . . that may be a tough one, although we're not at all pleased with the UPS service and don't use it any more, their support is fairly responsive. From the manual:

.... Please access your country's UPS web page and Login to MyUPS.com with your UserID and Password. Click to access the Business Solutions Page. Then, click on UPS OnLine Tools. From the left navigation menu, click on Support. Select Technical Support from the web page. Complete the required information and click Submit.
