Alternative to PayLoadz?

Tired of poor service

Can anyone recommend an alternative to PayLoadz for the delivery of PDF files to customers paying by PayPal? Been with the aforementioned for a little while now and the support is either a bit surly or entirely non-responsive.

Otherwise, if you are doing quite a bit and your chargebacks are low, you might even consider a merchant account if you are in the United States.

Thanks Corey, appreciate the feedback. Looking at their pricing structure though I think it's too expensive for our needs (most of our PDFs sell for just a couple of dollars). Thanks anyway!

Hi if your looking to DIY perhaps using a shopping cart such as Ecommerce Templates with digital download add-on would suite your needs.

Very interesting! Thanks webtress, that looks as though it might well be an option. Does anyone have experience with Ecommerce Templates and care to share their opinion (is the solution reliable, secure, well supported etc.)?
