2co v2 and custom headers and footers

Can't seem to find it - tech support seems dead

If anyone knows how to set custom headers and footers using 2co v2, please let me know. All I can find is how to set a small logo on their page.

Their demo site shows a lot more customisation in the cart / checkout than can be achieved with a couple of logos?

I think they are grandfathered.

I removed them because they were causing security alerts on the checkout, now the option to change them is gone.

Unfortunately, I still have my old headers/footers which are still causing security alerts.

Sigh. I guess the CC companies forced this on 2checkout.

I really should set up a merchant account.

However, I'm growing rather quickly right now and I'd rather focus on revenue building issues rather than cost centers.

Thanks blaze, I finally got a reply (after 3 days and a phone call) which said they were temporarily removed, but would be back.

I just got an email saying due to credit card regulations, Headers are permanently removed.

The annoying thing is.. they didn't remove my headers which is what I asked them to do in support.

I keep getting security errors because the images in the headers are no longers hosted on SSL servers and I can't change their location because their checkout-customizing service isn't updating!

Grrrr..
