How often do you get a "kudos" vs a "you stink" type order response?

Just curious what your responses are like.

I've noticed the most difficult good vs bad orders are "Deal" orders posted on websites/coupon sites. If people aren't able to jump in on those deals they tend to send nasty-grams - does that hold water in your line as well?

I'd imagine it was a 40:1 ratio, sort of like when you have a bad experience at a store you tend to tell everyone you know, whereas when you receive a good shopping experience you only tend to tell people when asked.
