Hi!

I am doing a web site for a company and require a bit of help.
I've never got an off-the-shelf cart/ecommerce package before and needed some advice.

I've seen many such packages like Avactis, JShop, and CubeCart.
And using Protx for the payment gateway.

The company is moving from an eBay shop and generally sell things like furniture accessories, bedding and kitchen wear.
They only ship in the UK.
They have a merchant account with Bank of Scotland.

Prices range from as low as £1.99 to as high as £500.

I have good experience with PHP/MySQL and some in ASP.
I will be building the CSS/XHTML template to be used.

What would be the best solution for me?

And can anyone tell me transaction fee's that the Bank of Scotland charge? Heard a rumour it was 6%!

I know it's a tricky set of questions to answer, but any advice would be very much welcome.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Thank you.

If you know PHP/MySQL then you should also consider osCommerce.
