Hi Everyone,

I have a client that sells between 100 and 800 products per day, depending on the time of year. We are interested in getting all their products into eBay (they have about 1,100 products).

Does eBay have any easy way of uploading products from a site into their listings and is there any software out that that makes it easier to manage orders...or make it easier to work with the site's current cart/admin?

I just worry that if they start selling 100 products per day, they won't be able to handle it.

Thanks!

I believe you can use their API and run a csv import if you have an eBay store.

Managing the orders inside eBay is a royal pain in the rear. When i sold on eBay we integrated it with our cart so the final checkout/payment was done in our commerce system and the order created there. (which is duplicated on ebay of course)

i dont know about integrating it with their current cart/admin/site, but i used AuctionWizard2000 for quite a few years and its an excellent ebay auction manager.
alot will depend on what kind of products your client has. are they constantly changing? one of a kinds - or is it mostly standard stocked items? if its the latter, an ebay auction manager like aw2k is prob your best bet. that is, without finding something that will actually integrate the sale with their current setup which sounds like a custom programming job anyway...
