Problem with Shopping Cart

Has anyone heard of ezstores.net/ ?

I am pretty new to e commerce and chose them for my cart. ( They host it on their server). They have been excellent and I love the cart. It has been working fine for the 2 months I have been using them. Trouble is 36 hours ago they disappeared of line and e-mails are returned. I am about to try and phone them which will cost me a packet as I am in South Africa and they are in Oregon.

Just wondered if anyone new them.

I was just looking at their site and it is online but all the images are broken which seems strange. Before you make the investment of calling them take a look at the whois information on the domain there are a bunch of email addresses there and maybe one of those people will respond.

My images appear OK (I have done a full refresh). Do you mean the images of my products or the shopping cart? May have a cach problem on my side.

No new e-mail; addresses however there ISP is listed (and running).
Have e-mailed them

The site is down. Are you sure you were not looking at the Google cached page? Since the images in the Google cache are called from the actual site, they would not show up in a case like this when the site is down.

I have not been able to pull any whois info. I get an error on the network solutions page - did not try any other sources.

completely sure, I checked their site (ezstores.net) just before I posted and the site was up but all images are broken. I could surf the site though and read all the content and the whois info came up for me no problem.

<added>now the site is actually down but I still get whois info

Maybe there's a problem from here. I tried on both a dial-up and cable modem - for both the site and whois - and got nowhere.

Just checked again - no site, error from whois.

O K. Ezstores are back up and running. Got e-mail this morning. They had a problem with their domain renewal and have given us some free time. Generally I have found them to be excellent and their support absolutley great.

I shall stop panicing now :-)

one good thig about this was finging your forums. They are axcellent.
