How do you report fraud email addresses to Yahoo?

Is there a way to report yahoo addresses associated with fraud orders to yahoo and i guess the inverse of the question is does Yahoo even care?

I would try abuse.yahoo.com, or more specifically the Yahoo! Abuse Help Form [help.yahoo.com]
