Offshore Merchant account

I need an offshore merchant account. Has anyone used any reliable offshore merchant account.

I would prefer an account with a payment gateway so that I can accept online payments. If that is not possible then I need an offshore account set up with a credit card terminal so that I can manually charge online orders.

I know I could do a search for this but I just don't know which companies are reliable and which are not. Thanks for the help in advance.
