I have a payment need to argue with 2CO. 2CO cancelled one of my customers' payment after we ship the order out to the customer. We contacted customer and she said she received her order and her credit had been deducted by 2CO, she even gave us authorization code for the deduction. Based on the communication with the customer, I think she did not tell a lie and want to ask 2CO about the payment. But it is extremely difficult to get a valid email address or phone # from its website. Anybody can help me with this issue?
