Does anyone use the USPS Permit Mail facility with Priority Mail? It sounds like that would save me time over using a postage meter like I currently do.

It's my understanding that Permit Mail is just for standard size and pre-sorted to a certain zip level. We used it when we did catalog mailings.
We use Click-N-Ship for envelopes and packages. Postage is preprinted and gets charged to a credit card.
