Now I am using the email account offered by our website hosting company.
I am asking how can I make sure each email reach to my customer without any loss.
Any suggestion to have a reliable email service?

You may be best served by utilizing a third party provider who specializes in this type of service. They will have the systems in place to guarantee higher deliverability rates. These days you've got to be "in the know" to get those messages delivered to various recipients. Especially those at AOL, MSN and Yahoo! There are whitelists and blacklists. The last thing you want to do is start chasing the blacklists to get your root domain out of there.
No, I don't think I'd recommend sending this under the root domain from someone who doesn't have the systems in place to manage and ensure deliverability and minimal blacklisting.
There are a few of us here who use Constant Contact. Reasonably priced and they have very strict guidelines which is why I always recommend their service. If your list is not strictly opt-in, then do not use Constant Contact, that is not what they are about.
But, if you have an established client list (opt-in) and are marketing to those clients, by all means, try a third party provider like Constant Contact. They have all the systems, tools, reporting, etc. in place to streamline your email campaign management.
