I think it is because I have the words growth hormone for some over the counter products that can be purchased anywhere all legal none of them on the fda banned or warning list. Surely they know the difference in a dietary supplement used to help promote the production of growth hormones in your body verses the prescribed kind that has to be injected. Surley they aren't that stupid.
EBay is full of the same items every website I visit that sales supplements sale them and use papal so I am really at loss as to the reason.
I had the manager of customer service email them asking for the product I was suspended over be emailed to me so I could write an email to see if there was a way to get the account reviewed but nothing. She even recognized the products as ok and emailed them on my for me on this matter.
Using the words Growth hormone is not illegal and should not be the reason for the closure it should be a named product and not some uneducated computer nut making such a decision.
So what would you do here?
They use automated systems for nearly everything. I know nothing about you or your business but it is likely they simply matched the phrase automatically resulting in suspension of the account.
This is the way PayPal does business.
