Trying to find a way to get paypal to support Haiti

Is there a way for me to get Paypal to support my country (Haiti). Currently Haitians can't create a paypal account at all. Is there a way to contact Paypal to ask them to consider supporting my country?

Contacting them will never result in any action. I know some guys from Eastern Europe who signed a petition to ask PayPal supporting their countries. They received just a polite and formal denial.

In fact PayPal wants to maintain a safe environment and we have to respect that. Whether PayPal will be able to add your country in future or not depends on the banking system in your country and on the level of fraud. While your banks are thought to be unsafe (I am not saying they are) you won't be able to use PayPal.

Thanks for the idea . So all I need is to get the people of the banking system to convince paypal to do business with them! :D
