Authorize.net down?

All orders through authorize.net are being declined with no decline reason

Anyone else experiencing this?

We have a busy e-com site that uses authorize.net as a gateway that has been declining orders all day with no decline reasons.

We cut off AVS to see if that was an issue and orders still won't go through.

They're closed, not responding to emails, and I was wondering if any one else was experiencing this.

We use authorize.net as well and haven't noticed declined transactions today. Perhaps you have reached the monthly limit from your merchant provider? In the past we have had this hapen and all visa/mc transactions are declined until they raise the limit.

I hadn't even though of that.
It *has* been an amazing month in terms of sales volume.

What a horrible time for this to happen.
I'll check with them as soon as they open tomorrow.

Usually the gateway won't shut you down for that. The merchant account provider should suspend your account but most understand this time of the year

You should be in constant communication with your provider as well to help ensure all funds are deposited into your account.
