I have a merchant account with PayPal for my online store, but I recently had multiple negative experiences with PayPal. Please tell me which company you use to receive payments. Thank you.

PayPal Payments Pro I assume. Are the negative experiences you mention due to a high number of chargebacks?
Recommendations will probably depend on what kind of experiences you have had, as some might be just the nature of accepting credit cards online, so please explain further if you feel able to.

Google Checkout is an alternative you can use, but it requires that customers have a Google Account.
