If anyone here is using outsourced phone support can you please share with me what company are you using and what are their rates?
I found several companies but they don’t have clear information posted about all rates, requirements, etc.
Only one Incontact24-7 seems to show their rates and fees. Is it reasonable to pay $49.99setup fee + 9.99 per month + 0.6 per min for answering support? We have really low volume of calls now, but I don’t want to miss them anyway.
