billing invoicing online payment

We are looking for a billing/invoice solution to bill our customer and let them pay the invoice online. We are not a hosting biz, while Modernbill seems to be an excellent pkg for hosting biz, we found it difficult to make it work with our current processes.

Possible integration with 3rd shopping cart will be a great plus.

Paypal has an option for online billing and payment.

It's not terribly fancy, but it will send out an invoice through email to the client, who can click a link, log in, and then pay the bill through their paypal account.

Might be worth looking into.
