I'm testing CS-CART. Looks OK, has advanatges and disadvanatges.

a. where can I geta copy of the user manual? the web site doesn't seem to have one.

b. With the shipping method, I want to do this. For zip/post code 0800 to 0832 is free delivery, anything else have to pay. Any idea how to do this?

Their web site has an option in the upper right corner to ask a question ... perhaps somebody there can help?

I reccommend that you register at the CS-Cart forum and post your questions there.
