We've used the Verisign payment gateway for years and now that paypal bought them we've had numerous problems.

The most recent is that any authorization that tripped a potential fraud filter cannot be invoiced.

Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions.

We just keep getting the run-around when trying to talk to anyone at paypal about it.

If anyone has a backdoor phone number please send me a private message.... i'm tired of the tech support merry-go-round

Yup ... I believe we are going to go with authorize and file breach of contract with PP over this fiasco. How in the world can they push new code that hasn't gone through 1000 rounds of QA testing. Just blows my mind.

Last I heard, Paypal uses Wells Fargo, which according to Paypal does not allow the merchant to bypass fraud controls like other processors do. This makes them pretty much useless, to my mind.
