reselling products

I am looking to resell products related to my website's specific niche. For example, people interested in this niche would really benefit from a particular model of wrist-watch.

How would I go about selling this wrist-watch model on my website? Can I just buy these watches from the manufacturer and resell them on my own at a higher price, or do I need an agreement with the manufacturer first?

If the former is correct, would there be legal issues with putting my particular logo somewhere on the watch in addition to the manufacturer's logo?

The manufacture might required you to be registered retailer, credit check,

place of business (store), track record etc, etc.

They do this to protect their own established retailers territories structure.

If not you can buy and sell at will. EBay or straight commerce site or on a

local street corner...KF
